Processing Capabilities
Through the Amari network we are equipped with the latest technology and are able to process a wide range of specifications to meet the needs of our customers. Through our central warehousing and processing facilities we can supply all of the products listed.
Working in partnership with our preferred NDT and Heat Treatment Specialists we produce Quality Plans, technique and procedure sheets unique to each customer.
These outline the processes and standards being used in each treatment to support the following services:
Heat Treatment
Stainless Steel and Steel alloys can be heat treated to achieve the optimum hardness, strength and toughness for desired environments. Heat treatment processes include case hardening, tempering, solution and ageing treatment, speciality stainless steel processes, annealing and normalising.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Our experienced and qualified professionals who are approved to both UK and US standards, with PCN level 3 or ASNT, carry out all examinations. Below you will find a list of services available.

Independent Mechanical and Chemical Testing
We can provide testing from a range of accredited suppliers. Our partner technicians have vast amounts of experience in metallurgy, mechanical testing, chemistry, pressure testing, coatings, fracture mechanics, corrosion testing and other areas of material testing.
Water Jet, Laser Sawn & Plasma Cutting
We offer water jet, laser and plasma cutting services for plate & sheet.
Coil Shearing
Our specialist in-house facilities allow us to shear coil to required widths onsite offering a versatile service to our customers.
Bar Sawing
We can cut bar and plate to tight tolerances, producing clean and accurate edges.
Guillotining
We are able to provide guillotining and blanking on both small and large volumes of sheet or material.
Tube Drawing
At two of our manufacturing sites we have the facilities to re-draw and produce a variety of tubes & pipe sizes.
